Clean and quiet, first-rate beds. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Bathrooms are spotless, and the front-desk people are welcoming and helpful. Naturally breakfast is grab-and-go these days, but healthy options are available, and there's a choice of coffee, not bad coffee, either.
The room was clean and comfortable and close to the university and local attractions. We had a nice stay and I would definitely stay here again if my daughter attends U Albany. Hilton properties are always the best choice for me and my family.
Never been to area before. Looked on trip advisor and saw some great reviews so we took a chance. To our surprise the reviews were correct. Clean rooms, spacious and very well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

The location of this Hampton Inn was exactly what we were looking for-close to several colleges, restaurants, shopping and the highways. I was worried that the Western Avenue location would be loud and busy, but this modern, immaculate hotel is set back from the road and couldn’t be more quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Even during covid, the hotel was exceptionally clean, from the room to the hallways and the lobby. The few staff we encountered were extremely friendly and polite. We checked in using our app, which was super easy. We’ll definitely stay again if we come back to Albany/Guilderland.

I gave this hotel four starts which is very high for me. I can't say enough about our stay at the hotel. I have stayed at other Albany area hotels and this is my favorite. It offers excellent value. It would be great for a family or a single person. We were welcomed upon arrival and made to feel comfortable. Izzy did a great job. Overall, you can't go wrong staying here
