Staff was rude!! They messed up my reservation for the first night so I had to sleep on the floor of another friends room, then they canceled my reservation all together and told me I would have to rebook at. Higher price!! holiday Inn should start over with new employees

My son and I stayed overnight as we were in town for the Albany Firewolves game. Easy to find location and all within minutes of everywhere we were planning on going. They let us check in early and they had a pool and very nice fitness center. I was a little bummed they had a hot tub, but there was no water in it, but we had a great time in the pool which was something we didn't even plan on doing. Clean rooms, and a quiet nights sleep. Great continental breakfast in the morning!
If i could give a rating HIGHER than 5 stars, I would! I came to Albany on a Greyhound bus towards NYC and were stranded. Our bus was canceled and we weren’t even informed until we had called them and been waiting outside of the station (it was closed when we were dropped off) in below 20 degree weather for over 2 hours! We didn’t book a room but Taisha was still able to help us out and was extremely helpful. She helped us find a cab service that we wouldn’t have found without her! Offered us a multitude of options when we completely lost and because of her we made it to our 6 am flight! Can’t rave about this incredible woman enough. Thank you 1,000 times over!!!!!! - Nohan M.
Had a great stay in December. Derrick at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Had great restaurant recommendations and helped to make our stay enjoyable. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was nice and warm. We’ll definitely stay again
This Holiday Inn is situated right by the bus station. It may not look like much but the interior and rooms are modern, updated and clean. Reasonably priced and near downtown. The bathroom is small but the room is nice sized, with a refrigerator and firm mattresses. I would stay again!
