It's one of those 80's style places with a huge A-frame lobby but also much space unused and extra materials stored where they are easily visible. Rooms were just fair and the breakfast was junky and starchy. Coffee was good however, and the rates were reasonable, which is OK because they shouldn't have the nerve to charge much more. Could have had a public internet computer, but just didn't.
I was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay. The low cost was the reason I stayed here, I just needed place for the night by myself. The young woman at the desk was very pleasant and efficient. My room was clean and comfortable. The flat screen television and hi def programming was excellent! Wifi worked great for what I needed. Nice fridge and microwave. The breakfast is truly continental, the only thing hot is coffee and toast, but nothing else was promised. For me it was just fine. I would definitely stay here again.
Me and my friend stayed two nights there, we checked in middle of the night around 11:30 PM, The room was not that much good as I expected, but bed very comfortable and Frontdesk old guy he's not aware of who's good customers or not, I told him like ' if you give me good room I will give good review on your motel' but still he gave us 217 room. We won't feel good there.
Stayed here this past weekend for a night on a trip to Albany. Downtown Albany only 15mins away, very convenient and this was the lowest price around. Having stayed here before I decided to come back no hesitation. Still a clean place. Econo Lodges continue to come a long way. Free wifi internet, no fridge or microwave in room though. Does the trick for a basic overnight though. Comfortable beds, clean floors, bedding, and linen. Flat screen modern tv. There was breakfast but I didn't have time, looked like quite a few options though. Check in and out was seamless and easy.
Check in and out was very easy. The room had two double beds, but was very large. It had newer bedding, curtains, etc. It was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a bit older, but fully functional. Breakfast included options of coffee, juice, cereal, fruit and a variety of breakfast breads. We were looking for a place off the thruway to sleep that had a simple breakfast. This place fit the bill.
