Front desk lady was friendly and welcoming. Our room on the second floor was large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Basically the room was clean but with musty smell. we bought a bottle of "Glade" spray to refresh the air inside from the gas station nearby, but the unpleasant musty smell returned after an hour. The carpet needed to be shampooed or replaced as this was where the smell came from. The bathroom was clean and fine. Complimentary breakfast was good with quite a few options. The property was dated but overall appearance was okay, except some improvement was needed at the dark hallway area near the stairs to the second floor. We know with this price range, we can't expect much, and a clean basic room with fresh smell will do the job.

Arrived after dinner at near by Mexican food place. Front desk person was very cordial and explained breakfast timing , wifi codes etc, very clean room TV HDTV in box difficult to view from sofa near by. Bath area redone as it shows. Building exterior needs touch up .
