I airport parked here and they closed at 10:30 pm!!! The add says 24/7. I had to pay a taxi to get there for my car. So above the price I paid the Hampton was the taxi and the aggravation of doing that.
DON'T park there!! Next fliight I will be going to the airport economy parking, only $6 a day and DEFINTELY 24/7!!!

The service was superb. From the minute we walked in, we were treated as valued guests and made to feel at home. Ngoc in particular made sure we had a perfect breakfast experience. She was professional and gracious and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely be returning to this location and we appreciate how Ngoc went out of her way to accommodate us.

I am a big fan of the Hampton Inn Albany-Wolf Road hotel. I travel frequently for work, and this hotel is incredibly clean, professional, and with kind staff. They do a wonderful job. Thank you all for the great support. I have stayed here twice and plan to stay more in the future.

Ava is an extraordinary example of how public relations should be handled. She was fantastic. She went out of her way and we appreciate her thoughtfulness. Our flight was canceled and she just made a bad experience much better. we will definitely come back because of her.

So close to the Albany Airport, with Clean and comfortable rooms, reasonably priced, and the friendliest and most accommodating staff. Check-in is fast and the front desk managers, like Ava, are just great. We have stayed here three times, three years while attending Saratoga. We will plan to be here next year.
