This property shows exceptional service and quality. The quality of both the hotel itself and the staff make my decision to stay when taking trips very easy. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. I will stay here again

Great location right at Exit 3 of I-87/Northway and Albany airport. Rooms were clean, bed was too firm for our taste but not unbearable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mr D’s restaurant/bar food and selection were great, and Heather took great care of us. We’d definitely stay there again.

We are a family of four, had a flight out of Albany the next morning. Airport is right down the road. Front desk had a shuttle ready for us at 4:00am, we were also able to leave our vehicle in the parking lot in the park and stay area until our return! When we booked our room we asked for a crib for our 1 year old and upon our arrival, the crib was all ready for him in the room! Staff was amazing and friendly! Amazing experience! We will definitely stay again!

Although I do not care for the change in decor ( everything is now gray, black, white, with atrocious carpeting), the staff excels in service and friendliness. The location, near the airport, makes the Desmond the place to go prior to a trip. The option for their Park & Fly and the shuttle service can’t be beat.

Phil Genovese, our contact person, and the whole staff was exceptional. They met our every need efficiently and happy to help. The food was very good and the wait staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would rate the whole experience with a 5-Star rating.

After a unsanitary, dirty, and unsafe night at a nearby hotel, the Desmond welcomed us with smiling faces, immaculate room, and safety. Will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend and location was great!
