I stayed here for one Friday night in October. I used IHG points and it was not that many points, which was nice. The room was nice, things worked well and I slept well. The place is quite big, and for getting there, it is a bit unclear where exactly to go in, which is frustrating, especially when arriving at night. The elevators are also far from the lobby for check in and not well marked, which is also annoying.

Never slept so uncomfortably in a hotel. The mattress was really uncomfortable so we tried pulling off the mattress cover (which if you’re not familiar is just like a fitted sheet with padding). The whole underside of the protector itself was covered with huge yellow stains. Just wanted to sleep at this point of course. So attempted a bit of sleep. Next day we went out and Came back to the hotel at around 7. At about 9 pm, there were people having a party out of their trunk in the parking lot which went on for hours. Aside from that, there was someone listening to music so loud we could hear it through the walls. We kept the tv on quietly to try and mask a little bit of the noise. Then at 3 AM, yes A.M. the front desk calls our room and asks if we’re playing music. We told them it was not us, but that we can’t sleep because the music is just too loud. They said the police had been there twice and that they couldn’t figure out where the music was coming from. I feel that if they had proper security or staff to actually go around to check, they wouldn’t have to call guests at 3 am to find where it’s coming from. Definitely would never stay here again. Got about 7 hours total for both nights.
