Unfortunately I was unable to visit the hotel, though had been looking forward to it. I called and cancelled the reservation on October 17th. The hotel agent confirmed the same. Today I received an unauthorized illegal charge of $349. I promptly called the hotel. The agent on the phone was very helpful and tried to work with the manager (Ashley) who refused to come onto the phone. (Great management putting your front line workers in the middle of a situation that needs management) Ashley refused to investigate and the agent communicated the $349 was a no show fee. A no show fee for a canceled reservation? makes no sense. I will now likely need to open a court case to resolve this fee. Review is based on management unwilling to even speak with me or investigate the issue.

Great stay, clean hotel , pleasant stuff. Just appreciated that the rooms were fresh , windows were clean , toiletries were provided and bathrooms and towels were also very clean, very convenient because there’s a restaurant and bar plus comfortable sitting area on the 2nd floor. Functional gym is also available if you want to get a quick workout in the morning

Very pretty hotel. Wellington’s restaurant has great food. Thanks to Katie behind the bar for making us feel at home. Within one minute walk to capital and Empire State plaza. Very comfortable beds and large rooms. Clean and updated. Would go again
