GREAT HOTEL! As a frequent traveler and 30 year hospitality member, the cleanliness, condition and service at this hotel is something I have not seen in years. From the moment I walked in to check in, the welcoming feeling of being a valued guest was evident. Travelling with a pet can be trying but they were more than happy to get me a first floor room to make it easier. Every staff member we encountered stopped to say hello or ask if we needed anything else. I had the pleasure of meeting and spending a few minutes with Michael O’Conner (Director of Sales) and Sherwyn Clarke (General Manager) and it’s evident why this hotel is so fantastic. Both these individuals made you feel like you’ve known them years and were a delight to get to know. They flat out know great customer service and ensure the staff is a reflection of their beliefs. If your travels take you anywhere near this area, stay at this hotel.
