I stayed in this hotel back in June of 2021 and again now in august of 2021. Casey has been excellent throughout our stay! She is awesome! Casey gave us a tour and explained everything great. She is a great worker and this hotel would be lost without her

Casey at the front desk was incredible. Truly the best customer service I have had in a long time. The rooms were nice, the kids enjoyed the pool. It was clean, quiet, overall good experience. Again thanks again Casey!

Great experience - Destiny, Casey, Sherwyn and Paula at front desk were very professional and made sure any and all of our needs were taken care of. The same can be said for Jim and Jill in the breakfast/dinner area - always on top of things and made sure everything was neat and clean. Thank you all so much!

Wil the night auditor was Great and Patience with our Last minute check in. He also was Very informative about the area. Then the next morning after eating the delicious breakfast Destiny was Helpful when asking questions about Fed Ex and we see Wil again. It’s again!!! It was Great seeing a Professional, Courtesy staff. Oh wait, Destiny even arrange for driver to pick up from Fed Ex and take us to airport!!! 10 STARS for going that Extra Mile!!!

My husband and I had our four grandchildren for a month this summer. We live in Vermont and wanted to take them to NYC as a special treat. We decided to drive to Albany and take the train into the city. Staying in Albany was the perfect place for us. MyAsia was at the front desk and accommodated our needs. She was ahead of us and our needs. The hotel was very clean. Service was expedient. Staff was extremely courteous. I can't say enough about how kind and professional MyAsia was. We were able to partake in "Happy Hour" where our grandchildren had dinner. Breakfast was also included and was delicious. While, we're not drinkers, there was wine available. The indoor pool was nice, clean and a good temperature. There was a basketball court where the boys played. They had nice outdoor seating, as well. We chose this hotel because of a recent stay there on our
way back to Vermont from Florida and was impressed at that time. I would highly recommend Staybridge Suites to everyone. Thanks
