Weekend soccer tournament stay that was made all the better by staff members like MyAsia who did all that she could to make our stay all the more like home. She accommodated our team's early morning game with to go breakfasts and the use of the conference room for a team meeting.

Our lacrosse team had a tournament close by and we stayed here for 2 nights. The service and members that worked there were AMAZING!! We had our team dinner catered in the lobby/beautiful outside area and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel and go back again. The hotel itself was gorgeous, clean and comfortable with plenty of social gathering areas. The outside area was one of the best we’ve seen, the fireplaces, BBQ area and so many table and chairs. 5 stars all the way!!! Thank you again to the staff!

So I really wanted to like this hotel but a couple of things really detracted from the experience. First, I am a Platinum member of IHG and I actually emailed the hotel in advance of our stay and asked for a hotel room on the highest floor and a quiet room. I never received a response back. When I checked in, I was not upgraded at all despite multiple rooms being available and I was put on the 4th floor when the hotel had 6 floors total, which no one made me aware of. In addition, we were given a room facing the fire pit area, which was not at all quiet. As to quiet, I would not expect that at all. We stayed for a week and every night, there were loud parties in the fire pit area that lasted until 1-2am. I was shocked as the door to the area said it was only open until 10pm. We had multiple guests who would stand in the hallways, banging doors and causing terrible commotion at all hours of the night. Finally, our room was never cleaned for the whole week we stayed; no knocks on the door to ask about housekeeping or any direction as to how to request it. So unhappy with my experience. Please think twice before staying at this place.
