We have stayed at another local Hilton for the last ten years but they had no openings for the weekend we needed at the last minute so we booked this Hilton.The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. The breakfast was delicious! We felt at home. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!
We were deciding on a place to stay near the New York portion of the 1-90 on our way back from a getaway . It was perfect;quiet, friendly, 12 pm check out and coffee in the lobby (and in our room). I would stay again and certainly recommend to others.
My lucky day ! Was upgraded to a suit free of charge due to a minor room delay. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. You get what you pay for and even though the rooms are slightly outdated. The hotel and room were clean. I would recommend staying here especially if you are going to see some Great Danes Football!
We appreciate the healthy choices for breakfast and the great coffee. The bed was comfortable and we had a restful stay, and also appreciated the gym being available 24/7. The only improvement I suggest is that the staff look for issues in need of repair. I had to report a broken bathtub faucet in our suite on the first night, and the second night we had a bathroom door that was terribly squeaky and woke the other person up when one of us had to use the room in the middle of the night. I reported the need to oil the hinges. Guests should not have to report such issues, the staff should have noticed it before the room was assigned.
We went up for "move in day". The emotions were high and some in our party were more upset than others. Our check in was seamless and quick. The staff was friendly which was exactly what we needed. We were exhausted and the pillows were amazing!! The bed was a tad bit too firm for me but we all slept soundly and my family had no complaints
