Very pleasant and professional arrival, clean and well appointed. Found the property in good maintenance, the bar restaurant had a good chef with great vegetable soup and a very nice selection of specials and wines. Very well done and will return
The room comfortable and clean. Loved the shower. Food in the restaurant delicious. Front desk emoloyees were friendly and helpcul. I was checked out and returned due to the torrential rains and they checked me back in without a hesitation and looked for the best rate for me ,which was greatly appreciated. The only disappointment was the pool is being renovated. Looking forward
to returning after the renovation.
The room was clean. The carpets are outdated, dark, and look like they needed to be upgraded (replaced). There were several meeting rooms and the pool that was under construction. I paid a little extra to have breakfast included and it was NOT good. The fresh coffee was nice, but the actual food part of breakfast was unsatisfying and disappointing. The staff was very nice, just wish the surroundings were a bit updated.

Our family stayed in 2 rooms. 1 was ok. The other had no conditioner and no sugar. But everything is very clean. Great location. Cozy beds. Free parking, but breakfast is paid. Huge Walmart very close to the hotel.
Very nice staff, nice clean hotel, very nice breakfast with fresh fruit. The exercise room had good options and the room was comfortably large. Being across the street from the SUNY Albany campus gave us a nice place to run/walk in the morning.
