My daughter stopped at this hotel and she had lost her voice. I was able to call the front desk to clear up final details. William who answered the phone was very helpful. I made the reservation wrong but he was quick to fix it for us. This is why we stay at Hilton's Line of Hotels, the customer service is awesome. Thank you William for making our holidays bright. Pet Friendly, clean comfortable and quiet!
Stayed 3 days with the most pleasant people at the front desk. Casey and Waidir were a delight. They went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Thank you so much.. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel. We were lucky enough to get an ocean view room and we saw dolphins in the bay every morning. The room had everything you needed and was a real touch of luxury. Beautiful toiletries and bathroom facilities. Lovely cosy, comfy beds and pillows. Perfect room temperature. We didn't eat breakfast as was too expensive and cheaper options in the town centre which is easily accessible from the hotel. We did have a pizza from room service on the first night, which we had to collect from downstairs and it was awful (undercooked with dried herbs poured on top at the last minute). They refunded it next morning for us. So from that point of view, they need to improve, as theres some beautiful places in the town centre to eat. Can't rate Liberte highly enough. We will definitely stay here again when back in Albany.

Overall the staff and rooms were really nice everyone is very helpful and polite. One of the front desk managers Casey Spicer handled a few of my stays at this hotel and she is the best, she made sure I was comfortable and made sure I was alright everyday. Honestly the other staff members as well all in all treated me like family.

DO NOT book your stay here, beware. My husband booked us a stay here two weeks ago so we can help his younger brother get settled into school. His brother who’s 20 years old was trying to check into our hotel before we arrived and was stopped by 4 front desk agents. He was treated extremely poorly as he was simply trying to explain the situation and even put my husband on the phone. They were giving him such a hard time and embarrassed him by refusing to let him enter. Front desk Casey was actually the rudest of them ALL. She hung up on my husband twice and was extremely disrespectful and racist. This place is super discriminatory, if you’re a person of color, trust that you’ll probably receive the same treatment. Their customer service speaks for itself. We ended up canceling our stay, and now they refuse to give us a refund, because we had an attitude. Mind you they consider having an attitude as us being upset? Absolutely disgusting behavior, they should be ashamed of themselves for treating their guests this way.
