Pool was very nice and hot tub just what I needed. Pool was clean but not too warm. Shower for rinsing and bathroom located in pool area. Convenient.

Told us pool was booked for 7pm but when we walked passed at 710 and 720 no one was in it. Probably no show but we could have enjoyed pool a bit longer.
Told us no late checkout even as a silver member but hotel was practically empty on a Sunday.

Stayed two days in August. The rooms were average. But you had to request if you wanted the room cleaned every day because of the pandemic. The free breakfast was the worse breakfast I have had in 60 years of traveling and was totally inedible.

My only criticism is that the breakfast isn't the same as it was, but then what is amid this covid thing? The bacon is frequently underdone and the sausage overdone for my liking. However, the friendliness and sincerity of the staff more than makes up for it. If it wasn't in violation of social distancing, I'd give them all a big hug for making me feel not just welcome, but at home.
