My only criticism is that the breakfast isn't the same as it was, but then what is amid this covid thing? The bacon is frequently underdone and the sausage overdone for my liking. However, the friendliness and sincerity of the staff more than makes up for it. If it wasn't in violation of social distancing, I'd give them all a big hug for making me feel not just welcome, but at home.

I planned a suprise 60th birthday party for my girlfriend. People came from throughout the United States a various times. CHERISSE at the front desk helped with all my changes and is an asset to the hotel. Stacey Jones was a great asset with all the coordination. I reserved about 20 nights of rooms. The hotel accommodations and staff was phenomenal. Staff was friendly and courteous. Great stay.. recommend for all occasions.
Hilton honors on the other hand..Read the fine print. Even then it won't help you.I reserved all rooms with my hilton honors number. I paid for all rooms. I recieved credit for 4 nights. I contacted hilton program ,person was polite and stated only 4 rooms could be credited and I gave reservation numbers and was assigned a case number.. They acted quickly, denied, denied. I wasn't the guest who stayed in room..Then supplied credit card statement..we will see.

There was this breakfast hostess this morning when me and my wife had breakfast and she was so rude. I didnt catch her name but she was light skinned with short black hair. I simply asked a question about the cook and her response was I dont know you will have to ask my manager. My thing is why work in this environment if you dont know. I dont understand. Then get mad when I keep asking questions as if she didnt want to be bothered with my questions. Very unprofessional and not a good start to my morning. Nice place other then the breakfast staff. Will not stay again.
