We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. We have stayed here before and it was always clean, but with virus, so many extra precautions they take made us feel very safe. The pool is very nice and it opens to a lovely patio. They have done the best way they can with the breakfast. The staff are all very nice and cooperative. Would absolutely stay again.

The staff were really nice. The manager helped us a lot with everything we needed. The pool regulations that they made right now since the virus started make me and my family feel very safe. Everyone was so kind and I felt so comfortable with all the staff continually asking me if I need help instead of passing by like Staff at the other hotels. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I will be coming back again.

So we went to this hotel-fully confident that we would be comfortable in a COVID environment based on their CleanStay Program. Was not impressed. 1st floor and 5th floor( floor we were staying on) Purrell dispensers were empty and asked to have refilled- they were not. Room was relatively clean- dishwasher had excess water on the bottom. The ceiling fan over the bed was FILTHY-looked like grease with dust attracted to it as was the duct for the A/C area. We complained and were given another room and 5,000 points-which was not the point. Also, met a few quarantining customers in rooms.
This is the response I got back from Hilton: " I was very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the cleanliness of your suite. It is our goal to exceed the expectations of our guests. I am working with our housekeeping staff to prevent this from happening in the future. I hope that if your travels bring you back to the area that you will consider staying with us again."
That was the total response. No real sense of urgency during or after my stay.
