I Accidentally bookd the wrong date. When I got to the hotel the lady looked at my confirmation number and told me I did actually book the wrong date she told me I can’t get my money back and she cant apply it to the day I came so I need to pay again. It was my daughter‘s 11th birthday and we had her friends so I couldn’t just say never mind, so I paid another night. The Lady at counter didn’t give me any options on what to do. She just basically said ur out of ur money... next! I know it was my fault however I had emergency in my family earlier that week so it kind of threw me off of my dates. So I called corporate a nice lady Evans that I spoke with told me that the woman at the counter should have forwarded my information to a manager or tried to assist me the best way she can. She doesn’t understand why the lady at the front desk did not assist me properly. I’m waiting to hear back from someone now. This happen 2/29.
