I can’t say enough good things about Homewood Suites Albany. The hotel is clean, the room layout is a great use of space and staff were friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor basketball court and patio, although since it’s winter we couldn’t use, My husband and I both slept well and enjoyed hot breakfast and Starbucks coffee. We will be back next time we are in Albany.

Our one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of four. Room for everyone to have their own space..including our seven month old puppy. The suite was clean, good enough to make simple meals on the two stove top electric range, and keep snacks cold (sodas, dips, veggies, ice cream and left overs - just like home) in the full size refrigerator. Only disappointment was that I shared with the person who was servicing our room and then again with a supervisor, that while we were out the puppy would be in the kennel and only needed someone to come by and collect the garbage...never happened.

Stay here with my husband for our anniversary walked in the suite and was immediately impressed by the way the staff had set up rose pedals, a bottle of wine with wine glasses and origami love birds in the shape of a heart on the bed!The housekeeper named Rayvon went all out for us. We are extremely happy with the experience.The ambiance was very clean and comfortable. We had an great stay and plan on coming back! I recommend this hotel to everyone. I give it 5 stars.

I am receiving medical treatment out of town 5 days a week, every other week. Because of my medical condition I have to be on a very strict diet and needed a hotel that would have a kitchen and refrigerator that was large enough to hold my food. I am also limited on the amount of weight I can lift. When I asked at the desk if someone could help with my baggage they immediately called someone to help. Everyone was very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. Homewood Suites by Hilton Albany exceeded my expectations for quality, comfort, and attention. A nice home away from home.
