I stay at this Homewood quite often. It is clean. The staff is friendly and competent. Complimentary breakfast, dinner, drinks, free laundry facilities, social events in the lounge. I can't think of anything more to ask for.

We were traveling with my mom and brother and our <1 child. It was nice having the suites to separate our bedrooms and the bathrooms along with each bedroom were very nice. It was very clean & breakfast was great! Very spacious & would definitely stay again if in the area.

Overall very nice property and would be perfect for an extended stay. I love the basketball court and outdoor grill area with a fire going the first night we were there. Also the pool and hot tub were great. Front desk staff were excellent. They helped me with a specific room request and also offered us some ranch dressing from the kitchen one night when we didn't get it with our meal that we ordered through take-out. Service was outstanding. Only issue we had was a group of guests at the pool were loud and using profanity around our children. The staff was not aware of this and I'm sure they would have addressed it. We also needed maintenance to reset the GFCI for the circuit our microwave is on. They responded very quickly. Saturday morning complimentary breakfast was pretty busy and the staff struggled a little keeping everything stocked but we didn't have to wait too long for them to bring out more waffle batter and milk. Overall this is an excellent hotel and was very comfortable.

This hotel offers something unique. The evening social includes food and drinks and is a fabulous incentive to stay here. The breakfast was delicious and is also included in the price of your stay. Rooms are clean, neat and comfortable.

Very nice property with clean, updated rooms. But the best part was that customer service was outstanding! When we arrived and found a bit of an unpleasant odor in the room, not only did the front desk staff offer to quickly move us, but the manager came up to freshen up the room right away. When we went down for breakfast the next morning, the manager was helping several kids with the pancake griddle and ended up making pancakes for a crowd of guests. Ran out of towels at the pool, an employee was there in minutes with a cart full of them. Would recommend this hotel for the very nice suites and even more so for their customer service!
