Nicest Hampton I have ever stayed at. Very fancy Lobby area. Parking lot belongs to hotel behind the building and is 18 a night. Friendly helpful front desk staff. Room very clean and large. super clean bathroom. In a nice part of town not far from Art Museum. Some restaurants are walking distance. Truly enjoyed our stay here and very quiet at night.
This Hampton Inn saved my weekend getaway. It had been a very long day and we needed something last minute. AJ was so sweet and accommodating - really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience even though it was late at night. Great stay!
Mike at valet was great, very helpful. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. the city is very nice, i liked walking around the city it was nice. The hotel was easy to get in and out of, with a lot of shops and restaurants near by
Stayed one night for a concert at MVP arena which is less than a 10 minute walk away, we didn't realize that when we booked the hotel but bonus points for location! Staff were super friendly and helpful at check in. Valet was an added bonus! Room was a typical Hampton Inn room, beds were comfy, complimentary breakfast was your typical hotel fare. Will absolutely stay here again when in Albany!
AJ was amazing he provided an excellent customer experience. He helped with all our needs and was available at all times we stayed at the hotel. Albany was great and the hampton inn hotel made it even better. Would definitely come back here next time for business and for pleasure
