Be prepared to wait for your car b/c it’s valet required lot. My room smelled strongly of weed, but rest of hotel seemed fine. Breakfast is the cheap stuff, so don’t get too excited. Restaurant in the hotel is a little overpriced, but the food was fantastic.
Hotel is well maintained. Staff was very nice and attentive. Parking lot attendants were very friendly and nice, even though they were overwhelmed with cars. The parking lot needs to be improved to meet the needs of the Hotel.
I have been using this hotel for the last 5 years when in Albany. Very nice perfect location highly recommended. Good choice of restaurants which are excellent. Rooms are nice clean and quite. I have two additional stays already booked here within the next six weeks
Stayed in a hotel to break up a long drive. Am a Hiltonhonors member so I chose this location. The rooms were very good - staff were friendly and welcoming. Provided recommendations on where to eat on a cold rainy evening. The restaurant in the hotel was very good . The clean room sticker was reassuring during this time of COVID. Breakfast was adequate and similar to all Hampton Inn locations.
a very nice location, nice staff. the Indonesian restaurant is excellent and the hotel provided a discount. I would definitely stay there again! The hot breakfast is ok, and it was basically all gone by the time I got there at the tail end of breakfast time. I appreciated the cleaning efforts, but there was a used cup tucked under the desk that should definitely have been cleaned.
