I booked this hotel on arrival, because the hotel for which I had made a booking was closed. The staff were really nice and helpful when I arrived and I explained what had happened, and throughout the rest of my stay.

I was in Room 305. It has a big bed with convenient power sockets next to the bed. There is a living room area, kitchen area (microwave, fridge, sink and coffee making facilities, but no plates or cutlery) and bathroom. The room has a large TV, large desk, chair, sofa, closet, iron and ironing board, full-length mirror and hair dryer. The bathroom has a shower over a bath. The bathroom sink, with a large mirror and makeup mirror, is outside the bathroom. The view was of a car park.

A large common area fills most of the ground floor. You can buy snacks near reception.

I arrived on a Friday and the room had been empty since Wednesday. Cleaning is on request. The staff were masked, but most guests were not.

The hotel is in a convenient location. From here, I walked to the places I wanted to visit downtown.

Abdul at the front desk treated us like royalty, both when we called in from the road on a long driving trip and when we arrived. The the electronic key also proved to be easy to use and very convenient. The food at Yono’s turned out to be truly exceptional, especially the stirfried noodles for the vegetarian in our group.
