......is what I saw around the hotels location, however the staff and rooms were very nice, expected more amenities to be available, executive lounge closed, buffet breakfast only on weekends forcing me to use a daily food and beverage credit of 12 per person per day, but at checkout It had not been credited , did not use credit the second day , ended up spending 24 bucks after Ala carte breakfast.But again that was no big deal, all in all pleasant stay, just disappointed in the condition of the downtown area being the state capital of New York, needless to say I will chose another new york state city stopover in the future.

The ceiling was peeling, the room had a weird smell, the card to the room never worked, the ac wouldn’t go under 70, the vents had weird stuck on dirt on them, and the shower was slow draining. Not good

This hotel was a great end to a long travel day. The beds were so comfortable and pillows were perfect. The location downtown allowed us to walk a bit in the surrounding area and see some architecture before leaving town.
