I stayed here one night for a business trip, and my room I don't think had been cleaned before I arrived! I took pictures to show how one light was burned out beside the bed, the bathroom door had pink lipstick on it, the toilet and sink area were dirty, the window had a grease mark on it from someone's head and the tables had ring marks on them from glasses! But I was only there one night and it was an event where I knew I would not be able to switch rooms easily, because the check-in had been a nightmare line of people waiting! I was part of an event that was using the hotel as a base, so there were no rooms available I am pretty sure! Elevators were super slow - someone said only one was operating at one point. There was vomit in the elevator for awhile before it got cleaned up. At the bar, one of the bar tenders broke a glass IN the ice and cut his hand, yet he contnued to serve and use the ice - after shoveling out the "old" ice!!! It was not a great experience to say the least and well below Hilton standards!

Had a great time at Caucus, but the hotel could have been in better condition. Thee mildew smell in the halls triggered my Allergies. I had to plan to leave for events half hour earlier due to slow or lack of elevators. I even had to take the stairs at one point with a bad leg.
