The room was very clean and the hallways were safe. I also liked the gym - which had a nice variety of equipment. The staff were courteous, the coffee was good and an assortment of breakfast food made the stay very comfortable.

Have fun being sent to who knows where to find a parking spot for your car. This hotel has no parking at its location. You will be sent to the street 300 yards away fro
The building or an adjacent parking structure down the street. Not the best area of Albany so it was really uncomfortable parking my vehicle this far from the hotel. I think it’s ridiculous that they built a 5 story hotel without their own parking lot for the guests.

Thank you for staying at Hyatt Place Albany Downtown. Hotel has parking which is just 30 feet away. We do have 15 mins parking adjacent to the hotel where guest can park for check-in. We also have parking on street which is free after 5PM. We do have ample parking around the hotel. I hope when you come back in Albany you give us another opportunity and stay with us.

Very new, modern, nice, clean Hotel. Friendly staff. Great price/value. Good breakfast included. Bar with good bar-type food (burgers, pizza, salads, sandwiches) and drinks. No restaurant on premises.
Does not have its own parking. Must use nearby public (pay) parking

We do have parking garage for our guest which is few steps from the hotel. We also have restaurant/bar on site. We are looking forward to welcoming you again when you are back in Albany.

beautiful new hotel, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. we really liked how our room was decorated and Have never had a sectional couch we a hotel room before !

Cold breakfast, which was not satisfactory.
Shower doors that wouldn't stay closed.
Received the wrong room and faced rude behavior from the occupants of that room.
Experienced poor customer service.
Pillows were uncomfortable.
