This hotel is complete disrepair. Smelled of smoke and marijuana in hallways (Non-smoking facility.) The room smelled like old milk. The bathroom sink was not attached to a drain, so water poured out onto floor. Inside of dresser drawers were pitted up and filthy. Chrome fixtures were pitted with rust. Towels were stained. Buyer beware! Good if you are homeless but not if you are paying.
We don't normally see complaints like this and think it's unfair to our staff who work hard to provide a fresh clean room. I do apologize for the marijuana smell as we and all hotels are struggling with it since it became legal. We have just instated a $200 cash deposit for smoking in our rooms. It's usually done outside but they bring that pungent smell back in with them.
We ate the cost and booked another hotel instead of staying here. Looks nothing like the pictures. Reeks of weed in the lobby, which is problematic when you’re w/kids. Room was dirty. Staff is nice but place is horrific. If you think you want to stay here, no you don’t.

Your feedback is very important to us and I'm saddened to hear about the smoking and understand when with kids. It has become a difficult issue that all hotels are dealing with since it became legal. We are 100% non-smoking hotel and have instated a $200 cash deposit for smoking of any kind. Our parking lot is lit up like a football field to create a safe environment but we can't control who goes out there to smoke. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrences.
We have many satisfied guest and I'm glad to hear Tara & her staff was friendly. We know we're not perfect but we're not horriffic and our friendly service is a priority. We welcome anyone to tour our property anytime.

This is a no frills hotel that is about 10 minutes from the airport that is significantly less expensive than the others. So don't expect frills. The room was clean and quiet. We stayed there primarily because The Boil Shack, a seafood restaurant was easy waling distance. All in all, a great airport hotel when you have an 0 dark 30 flight.

This has always been our go to hotel when we are in Albany. Currently we are looking to move into the area and have started to come down to look for a place. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for two nights. We found it to be quiet. It snowed one of the mornings we were there and they cleaned up the driveway quickly. I definitely recommend staying here.

If you are very tired and you need to sleep for one night it's okay for the price. The office and the corridor has a strong weird smell. A dog was barking in the room next to us. Garbages left in the corridor. The bed was ok. Clean microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom has weird stains in the wall.
