Avoid. If you are in a wheelchair double the avoid. Oh ya, skip the bar..or watch your change closely

Over priced, small room. Asked/ reserved a “handicapped” but it was without any real wheelchair access or grab bars. Walk in shower but no grab bars or shower chair available at this hotel.
FINALLY; we paid $238 and no breakfast was available! Front desk clerk said the kitchen staff called in sick! They refused to give us a $$$ card to eat nearby at Panera Bread (or anywhere else).
The room was too small to navigate a wheelchair. When I confronted them I was told it was a “hearing impaired” handicap room.., WTF is that? I was a disability advocate for 35 years and never heard of a room designed for the deaf/hearing impaired.
I can’t recommend the place. It’s a $79 night hotel.
BTW: I met my sister in law and niece in the bar, they had paid for their drinks, I ordered 2 Bloody Mary’s and later paid as we were leaving. The next day I realized the bar tender had charged me for their drinks so he double charged.. what a scam.

When you walk into this hotel, you see a gorgeous lobby. Likewise, the room was very pretty, with elegant furnishings. However, there were major problems that reduced the quality of my stay. The AC unit’s motor made a constant noise when it was off. And it transmitted sounds from the outside as if it were an open window. Hence, there was no peace and quiet in this room. I always had to put up with this noise, which could be quite loud. Next, the internal sound insulation was very poor. I heard the person above me stomping, as well as the TV of my next-door neighbor. The beds were extremely mushy, the softest of any hotel I have stayed at in recent years. I woke up with a backache from these mattresses. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room. Instead a pricey a la carte menu is offered. Despite the excellent staff here (a shout-out to Aisha for great assistance), I would not return to this hotel.

The hotel is clean, staff is extremely friendly beds and pillows are comfortable. There is a great patio for outdoor gatherings. Now to the reason I had to give 3 stars vs 4 or 5. When we checked in, our first room had a broken toilet; things happen, they moved us immediately; cool. We moved to room number 2 and left for a soccer game (we were in town for a tournament). Upon arriving back, we noticed our curtains didn’t close. This was a handicapped accessible room and the curtains were automatic. We called down and the front desk said maintenance was gone and the hotel was sold out- nothing they could do. My husband explained that it gets light at 5am, and not having curtains makes it extremely uncomfortable in the morning when trying to sleep!! We received a call back later with a resolution of 15% off. Meh. We should have argued for more as this was room number 2; how does this happen twice?! I will also add that only one elevator bay was working- which with a full hotel made for an interesting check in and check out. Until they can get their maintenance issues under control; I don’t recommend. I really wanted to love this place.

I absolutely love this hotel! It is clean, has great parking, great gym and great location. Best of all, the front desk staff including Cathy Ann and Jose are great to work with. I stay there weekly for work and they always have my room and keys ready. They are also excellent at accommodating me with any last minute changes such as extending my stay.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

I stayed at this hotel for ONE DAY from 1/29/2024-1/30/2024 for a business trip. I used a corporate credit card and received a corporate rate. My total charge was $114.00. 2 weeks after my stay, on 2/12/2024 the hotel charged my corporate account $1,299.60! I attempted to contact the hotel and was given a false name and email address for a manager. On 2/21/2024 the hotel charged my corporate account another $1,083.00! I contacted the bank merchant for the corporate credit card to report the charges. They were also unable to reach anyone at this hotel to investigate the charges. My card had to be canceled and a new card was issued. You'd think that would have stopped the fraud? NOPE! The hotel CONTINUED TO CHARGE THE ACCOUNT! $775.49 = 02/28/2024. $866.40 = 03/07/2024.

I am STILL trying to resolve this issue with the bank. I still have not heard back from the hotel. This is obviously AN EMPLOYEE at the hotel COMMITTING FRAUD! Maybe its the entire hotel chain! I don't know. I will never stay at this hotel, or any Four Points by Sheraton again.
If this has happened to you at this hotel, please contact me. I am looking into my options for filing a criminal complaint.
