I recently stayed at this Tru location and I am very happy with everything. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned during your stay. I was really surprised that the room doesn't have carpet which was different but also refreshing since carpets have so much dust that can be tough for people with allergies. The TV has free showtime, YouTube and Netflix (not free). The room itself is a little small and has no closet, but does have a small area to hang clothes above the fridge. I really disliked the wood frame around the bed, I hurt myself multiple times. I especially liked that they allow food delivered to your room. The front desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The staff is always seen wearing their masks and make sure others have it on too. The pool is open but you have to reserve a time which I thought was so amazing for guests with families. I did not enjoy the breakfast, unfortunately they only serve bread, cereal, yogurt and drinks. But overall I really enjoyed my stay, lots of places to order food from and conveniently next to the airport. Recommend 100%.

I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton Albany Airport with our company, and I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. The managers and support staff are friendly and just great to work with. The hotel itself was newly remodeled, so the rooms are in excellent condition and clean. They are in a great location--maybe 5 minutes from the airport--and close to great restaurants. They offer a shuttle service to/from the airport, which was great! I only waited a few minutes for a shuttle. :) They went above and beyond to make certain our team was happy. I absolutely recommend this hotel if you are planning a visit to Albany. They'll take excellent care of you.

Great hotel. Super close to airport. Nice location in a wooded area. Very peaceful. Rooms were very nice. Super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Gave us advice for places to eat in the area. Beds were very comfortable
