The help were very polite. The facility was very clean and quiet. The location could have a bigger sign. The air conditioner was the only noice that kept me awake. The location was only 3 minutes away and easy to find.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was super clean, great bed, huge TV and a big shower with plush towels. We loved the electric curtains that kept the room dark. This is a no frills, no fuss hotel. They've boiled it down to what travelers want and nailed it: comfy bed, good shower and towels, plugs with USB ports, no frills breakfast included, with good coffee. And all at a good priceless! We also liked the squeeze bottles in the bathroom to cut down on plastic waste and the recycling waste bins! Good job Hilton! Airport shuttle and long term parking too! Great to know for our next airport trip! We will stay again and always look for a Tru Hilton hotel!

I Stayed at Tru by Hilton Albany airport because I flew out of Albany airport very early- The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff was very helpful & friendly. I took their shuttle to the airport and left my vehicle at the hotel which was so convenient.

Room was awesome and great precautions for COVID were taken. It’s a no brainer if you come in late as the shuttle picks you up & can take you back for a rental the next day. The staff was very pleasant

I could not have had a better stay. Check in was a breeze. Your employee Jamie is an absolute sweetheart and an asset to your company. All of the employees were very friendly and willing to help with whatever was needed. Room was very clean and comfortable, and you have great washing soaps. I will definitely look to stay again not only at this location, but any Tru by Hilton location when I need to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean, accommodating, and the best of customer service. Perfect for families or any short stay. We would choose this hotel over any others in the area. It’s brand new, which helps but the staff is so genuinely kind and makes you feel welcome. The rooms were very comfortable and efficient.
