Our first time at Tru hotel and we give it 2 thumbs up - modern minimalist design with comfy furniture, free hot breakfast with healthy options (I’m vegan but family is not), and wonderful responsive staff. Had issue with smelly hallway and the front desk staff thanked us for the feedback and responded right away. Albina greets you at breakfast and helps you with anything you need. The general manager checked us out and he reminded us of the managers at 5Star hotels.

This place was great. We needed an overnight stay while on a long road trip with three kids. After traveling by car for 12 hours we were greeted by the best front desk staff I’ve ever experienced. They also offered the kids a new free toy. We were able to eat and play at the mall that was across the street and easily walkable. (Bowling & Arcade) We did a quick morning dip in pool and had breakfast. Albina at breakfast was so sweet and really took pride in warm food that was really good. When traveling is TOUGH it is really great to be around a team of great FRIENDLY people. Whatever you guys are doing - teach the rest of us. Thank you!

The hotel and service was wonderful. In particular, Albina was very helpful. She is very professional and courteous. Albino really did a great job in the breakfast area of the hotel. Anything that we needed she took care of for us. I will return to this hotel because of staff like Albina.

Pool is nice not so big but still nice I stayed on a weekday so it was not very much people there. Room was nice and spacious and had Bluetooth tv to connect to your phone. Overall it was a good stay.

New hotel with a very cute modern design.
Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Did not get a good night sleep for the days i stayed there. Breakfast was lacking substance and quality. Smashed my knee on the bed frame multiple times a day. They extended the bed frames for extra storage because they do not have dressers or closets, so be aware. I read the reviews prior to booking so I had high expectations and was very disappointed with the lack of comfort and quality. Your room is not cleaned during your stay unless you ask. So don’t expect no daily fresh towels, made beds, emptied trash cans or vacuum everyday.
On a positive note, It definitely was quite and the darkening curtains worked very well. The hotel room also very clean .
