Nice ultra-modern hotel with a European Vibe

Very decent hotel for the price. This was my first stay at a Tru. It has a weird Euro modern vibe. Seriously felt like I was in Switzerland. Staff at the front desk was great! These young ladies either seriously love their job, or are just very good at hospitality. The check in experience was fun and efficient. Seriously, buy them a cake or give them a raise.

The bizarre feel extended to the toiletries which were labeled “No Soap Radio.” Uh. I feel like I’m the only one in the country old enough to get that joke. Very weird, but since I know the reference, I like it.

I’ll definitely stay again.

Clean and wonderful staff.

Emily’s a gem. She’s always accommodating and kind along with all the staff we’ve encountered thus far.
Rooms are clean which we greatly appreciate. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and fitness center and also offers complementary breakfast.

Great Breakfast and wonderful Staff! Thank you Jessica & Shantasia

The hotel room was good and location to rt 87 was fantastic. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly both evening and morning.. helpful, kind and caring.
Breakfast was wonderful! Loved the care and energy that Jessica and Shantasia put into this. I already had a challenging trip taking my Mom (84) back home and traveling long hours. This place made a difference! Thank you : )

Room tip: Call the hotel directly to make reservations... their website number tried to charge me more!

Awesome service

The hotel is awesome! Everyone has been very nice and accommodating. Jessica and Shantasia in breakfast was very nice and helping with everything and asking do we need anything else to bring to the table.

Best stay anywhere in a long time!

The lobby was inviting with super friendly staff. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and several amenities. Pool area was delightful and easy to reserve, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with friendly servers and a huge variety!! Thank you for the awesome stay, this was the first enjoyable one we’ve had in over a year!

Shantasia & Jessica brighten my day every single time I stay at the hotel. I get up early to eat and then do emails and they are lovely, the food is great, and it gets my day going in the right direction! 5 stars without hesitation! -Hoyt
