We have stayed here at the hotel for business during Covid 19 for ten days and the breakfast ladies have been nothing but amazing! Shantasia and Jessica always make you feel welcomed and like family. They work hard to make everyone feel welcomed and well taken care of. Both ladies always have smiles on their faces and super friendly. I would give them both a 10 star if I could. Hotel is clean and we always get clean towels and sheets. Room is super nice and we have a view of the mall where my husband is working as the medical doctor for the vaccine clinic there, makes it easy to go eat lunch with my husband. Front desk always kind. Cleaning staff always super kind. Gym is really nice and pool is super clean and nice. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to NY! Love the two hotels combined together it’s a pretty amazing concept.

Tru by Hilton Albany Crossgates Mall, was an excellent experience for our women's lacrosse team for a one night stay. We utilized 14 rooms and all were very clean, with a smart attractively colorful, minimalist design. The hospitality of all of the staff was excellent - friendly, polite and courteous. The breakfast experience, especially during this unique pandemic, was above and beyond, even during normal times. Shantasia and Jessica made special plates of breakfast for our party of 28 and customized artful waffles as well. Never stressed, just polite and friendly professional staff that treated you like a guest, like back in the days one would expect when travelling to a good hotel. Do not hesitate from booking there.

We had the pleasure of staying at Tru by Hilton Albany Crossbars Mall and could not have been more impressed by not only the Staff but the protocols in place post pandemic. The service by Shantasia was above par and she certainly went above and beyond to accommodate us and provide us with world class service!! It’s rare to be treated so well these days. Additionally, the facility itself is spectacular. Very modern design, gorgeous rooms, and top tier amenities! This business trip became a family trip as well. I’m not sure why this hotel hasn’t won any awards but it’s likely because it’s so new. My only complaint would be the guests that didn’t adhere to the non-smoking policy or wait for an empty elevator as posted. But that’s everywhere you go! Fantastic experience.
