I am typically in 2-4 hotels per month traveling for work and this one has easily been one of my favorites all year.

Nice rooms, pool table, workstations available as well which is a plus.

But overall the thing that stood out was there was actually a QUALITY breakfast every morning and friendly staff.

With the majority of hotels using Covid as an easy excuse to cut corners and not provide anything substantial for breakfast for their guests, they put in the extra work here to have it available.

Shantasia and Jessica made myself, and the other guests feel welcomed and taken care of every morning.

Will Recommend this hotel to others.

My family had an amazing breakfast prepared by Shantasia and Jessica. The food was delicious and served with a touch of both grace and sweetness! They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable that my granddaughter wanted to go back for lunch way before lunchtime.

My daughter and I stayed here while touring UAlbany. It was my first time in Hilton’s Tru brand. The hotel was very clean and the lobby was huge and modern. The bed was comfortable and I liked the decor. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was tasty.
