My daughter and I stayed here while touring UAlbany. It was my first time in Hilton’s Tru brand. The hotel was very clean and the lobby was huge and modern. The bed was comfortable and I liked the decor. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was tasty.

The hotel was very clean. There are Lysol wipe stands throughout the hotel, which was awesome! I booked the two queen beds room and the beds were comfortable. The only downside is the storage. The room is very modern and the storage is awkward for clothing, otherwise I will definitely stay again!

Shantasia and Jessica were absolutely amazing with me and my family. After arriving to the breakfast lounge they went above and beyond to make our dining experience a wonderful one. They are service oriented and exceptional assets to your hotel.

I had never been to a Hotel in Hilton’s Tru line and I was impressed with the modern room layout. I was welcomed during check in with a small care package as the winner of the Hotel’s daily “Guest Of The Day” random selection. I had never before seen a hospitality service like that so it was awesome to see them doing something innovative (good luck to you on your stay I hope you also win). Warm service was provided by Jessica and Shantasia during breakfast every day of my stay. On top of all that the breakfast was surprisingly tasty.

I witnessed and experienced the nicest kindest, most caring staff that I have ever experienced! Cliarnele, Elvana, and Ed were amazingly friendly, and accommodating. I would recommend staying at this facility just to "run into" these three staff members. Thank you for your kindness.
