I have stayed at this location in Albany across from the mall over 25 nights so far this year on business. The rooms were always perfect and the front desk staff very welcoming. The morning hot breakfast is a great touch each day with Jessica & Shantasia always on top of each guests needs as they come through. I look forward to another 25 plus nights here in the months to come.

It was a good trip I was just overcharged overall everything else was great staff was okay breakfast area never went too, pool table was fun thing to have while I was there however snacks and drinks are super expensive

I spent 6 night at the Homewood Inn. Interesting concept, half the hotel is a Tru and the other half is the Homewood. The service at the front desk was great. They were always friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was a nice change. Actual hot food served by 2 very friendly employees. I just wish I could remember their names to give them the credit they deserve.
The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel is great too. Plenty of choices of restaurants in the mall across the street. Also it’s only about a 10 minute drive to SUNY Albany. I would recommend to anyone. Business or pleasure this is the right hotel.
