I recently stayed at the Homewood crossgates in Albany and upon check in I was immediately told there is a happy hour so before I went to my room I had a great experience. The woman at the social hour were very y helpful and put toghwter my meal for me and we so hospitable. I hope the rest of my stay is as good as the beginning. I think their names were Albina and Charnela. They made my day!

First I would like to thank candy and the young lady with the braids at the front desk .they both went above and beyond to make sure me and my husband trip went beautiful.they are very welcoming and friendly even reached out before we arrived to make sure everything would be great .also the breakfast was super super great the 2 young lady’s we also welcoming to us made sure we enjoyed a great breakfast both days of our stay thank you shantasia and Jessica.we will be back next month to visit family but we will be staying here again.thank you all .I’ll recommend this hotel to family and friends

This place is great very clean fantastic staff the two girls charnele and albina where so good at the evening social it made it so nice I would strongly suggest coming here off in area Also a good location walking distance to mall

Frequently stay at Homewood Suites for business travel back and force since Dec/2020. This is a place where you want to be while you out of the home. Big thanks to Sales manager Emily and friendly kitchen staff Shantasia & Jessica. They are always taking care of me whatever I requested. In addition, "Location. Location. Location" Convenient transportation to Crossgate Mall and easy access to I-90 & I-87, 15 min away from downtown Albany. love it.

The kitchen girls are amazing the daytime and the evening and weekend girls super nice ! I love this place super clean staff is so nice hand sanitizer in every corner masks and the rooms are super clean
