Frequently stay at Homewood Suites for business travel back and force since Dec/2020. This is a place where you want to be while you out of the home. Big thanks to Sales manager Emily and friendly kitchen staff Shantasia & Jessica. They are always taking care of me whatever I requested. In addition, "Location. Location. Location" Convenient transportation to Crossgate Mall and easy access to I-90 & I-87, 15 min away from downtown Albany. love it.

The kitchen girls are amazing the daytime and the evening and weekend girls super nice ! I love this place super clean staff is so nice hand sanitizer in every corner masks and the rooms are super clean

Shantasia and Elvana are literally the reason I wake up in the morning. The cooking prowess and charisma these two possess cured my depression. If more people were like them war and hunger would be a thing of the past. Their quality of customer service puts 5 star restaurants to shame. All in all they're pretty good.

My husband and I are small businesses owners and stay when working in Albany area. The team at True by Hilton-Albany Cossgates Mall provide superb service and live up to their mission. All my encounters have been consistent. Shantasia & Jessie are wonderful!! Consistently welcoming & helpful. They're a positive start to our day. Breakfast hot, fresh and great variety. Albrina and Charnere provides great customer service with a smile. These ladies make me feel welcome when I come in from work and visit the dining room. I have been here for 2 months and have no complaints.
