My husband and I are small businesses owners and stay when working in Albany area. The team at True by Hilton-Albany Cossgates Mall provide superb service and live up to their mission. All my encounters have been consistent. Shantasia & Jessie are wonderful!! Consistently welcoming & helpful. They're a positive start to our day. Breakfast hot, fresh and great variety. Rooms are super clean. I look forward to our next stay.

Albrina and Charnere provides great customer service with a smile. These ladies make me feel welcome when I come in from work and visit the dining room. I have been here for 2 months and have no complaints.

The staff is cheery and helpful. The complimentary breakfast has decent options and it's tasty. Shanta and Jessica are some of the kitchen staff that are always happy and eager to please. Overall a great time.

This hotel is fairly new and rooms are clean and comfortable. Ideal for short and extended stay. The Staff are very friendly and always ready to make your stay more comfortable. I stayed at this hotel for over four months in 2020 and my number one choice of hotel if I am in the area.
The people serving free breakfast and social hour are super nice people. It's a big plus for me! Thank you Shantasia, Jessica, Melissa, and Charnele!

The hotel staff was awesome. The room was great. Everything was clean and neat, covid compliant! We had a great server in Charnele, she was very friendly and showed such genuine hospitality. This was my first stay but I'll definitely be back.
