Room was inadequate, dirty, noisy, old, dingy, sheets scratchy,Hairdryer didn't work, found dog kibble under bed when I dropped my phone getting ready for bed. Was told because I booked under Wyndham Rewards, I was NOT eligible for a room in the newer tower(??) Response to broken hairdryer was that they'd give us a key to a room 5 rooms farther down from our room to go to, to dry our hair after showering in our room. BUT, the towels were soft!
I had an awful experience the room was completely disgusting there was stuff all over the carpet the bathroom was not clean at all the bed had all kinds of stains it looks like they didn’t even change the sheets or anything there was cigarette burns in the blankets and the staff did nothing to correct the issue.
Don't go if you have kids or are a female my girlfriends car had a banana in the door knob and drugs where being used and sold in the parking lot along with hookers being there they didn't clean the room I had to ask for more towels and I had no shower curtain and they gave me one and it was dirty
Terrible room condition stains everywhere bed sheets and bed skirt, slashed headboard, door of entry looked and felt like it was kicked in do not recommend. Manager not on the premises. Needed a room change no other rooms available had to check out same night and book at a different hotel

1606 Central Ave, Albany, NY, Room 223. Worst place to stay, bar none.
The parking lot a busy all night with what looked like drug deals.
The room stunk of cigarette smoke.
Had the feeling of flea bites all night.
Stains on the wall looked like semen.
Door handle pull- off the door and you can not get out. In a fire you may not get out.
