Location is great but facilities needs to be cleaned properly. The rooms are a nice size but stuff needs to be up dated new bedding is needed. New carpet is needed. Nothing like the website at all. Was very disappointed and what i reserved was not what i got beds are small. And the list goes on.
hotel is right off from I 87 exit and I 90. close to all mall, restaurants and Albany downtown.
hotel staff nice and they are very helpful guiding us during my stay. I will defiantly stay here next time due to amazing location.
While we traveling for business. We made pit stop off I-87 to take a rest for night. We didn’t have reservation and we just walk in. Front desk quickly provided all different room options and efficiently check us in. Room was clean and warm. They have turn heating unit on already. We slept comfortably. Standard breakfast next morning.
Stayed on the third floor. People in the hallway all night. Loud music, knocking on doors wanting to come in. Room itself was decent. Nice size. Shower would drip all night. Area was ok. Have stayed at the other days in and it seemed alot better. Workers were painting the walls trying to make it look better. Cheap price. Lack of sleep from all the noise.
This place was good for the cost and the hotel was cleaned appropriately by the hotel’s housekeeping workers. The manager was very nice at check in and he was nice in meeting my needs for a family-friendly room to accommodate my two small kids
