Wasn't really excited to stay here after seeing the reviews, which seem to be all over the place. Some people think this place is great, and others describe it as a bedbug infestation where the fire alarms keep going off. My experience was at neither extreme. This is clearly a very old motel that has made gradual improvements like tearing up the carpet and replacing the older furniture with stuff that looks more modern. But fancy lamps can't cover up the cracks in the molding and the ceiling, and it's clear that really modernizing this location would require a lot more time and money.

Breakfast was just toast, bagels, and muffins, but I don't think I was promised more than that, so I can't fault them. Good for one night, but I wouldn't stay on a vacation.
