Close to the airport is about the only plus… shuttle was there but had pieces of paper taped to the windows that we couldn’t even read in the dark so we missed it the first time it came by. This hotel needs a Reno from head to toe and is in shambles. We had no hot water and our heater/ac was just on, couldn’t adjust or turn it off. When I mentioned it to the front desk he just said “sorry, it’s not just your room, the whole hotel was experiencing these issues”. The only remedy offered was to see if he could move us to a different room tonight…gladly we are leaving now so I declined. Also $10 for a sparse continental breakfast when nearly every other hotel offers a complimentary one that’s way better is a little ridiculous.

Comfortable, clean, shuttle was perfect. It was clean and quiet. No issues. Nothing else to share, we were there for one night. The staff was very nice. Parking was easy, rooms were not huge but spacious enough. You should change.the to fifty characters.

I gave the rating of 3 because the staff was friendly and my room was clean.
Other parts of the hotel were worn (elevators and the hallways)

The service at the restaurant/bar was good.

Per the hotel info, the room was supposed to be serviced every other day, but it wasn't.
I had to ask the front desk for linen and coffee pods.
