I stayed for a week.
I gave the rating of 3 because the staff was friendly and my room was clean.
Other parts of the hotel were worn (elevators and the hallways)
The service at the restaurant/bar was good.
Per the hotel info, the room was supposed to be serviced every other day, but it wasn't.
I had to ask the front desk for linen and coffee pods.
I stayed there many times before Covid, and it was reliably excellent. This was my first time back, and I was struck by how shabby the hotel has become. The desk clerk said they'll have an upgrade in six months. I recommend waiting till it's complete before staying there. I checked in late, to discover a hole in the headboard where a light and USB ports should have been. Had to read by my Iphone light. The manager apologized through his/her desk clerk and gave me some Hilton points. I would have preferred to receive my $150 back.
Absolutely disgusting! Mold in the bathroom. Elevator falling apart. The linen was not cleaned properly had to request linen on two occasions to place on the floor. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not recommend and I was overcharged.

Rooms are old, worn and dirty. Had the displeasure of having 2 rooms in this hot mess after the first room had NO HEAT. Both rooms were gross and I couldn't wait to get out of there. Wish I would have seen the prior reviews, prior to booking. Looks like Hilton spent all the money on the new hotel TRU next door. This hotel needs to be shutdown and completely renovated from top to bottom. By far the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at in 30+ years of travel, bar none!
Wish I would have booked the TRU next door instead. The only thing that was positive was the location to catch a 6:30AM flight.
We stayed for one night due to an early morning flight. Staff was lovely and doing the best they could. Property itself is super dated and dirty. Even my husband saw the inside of the elevator and said “ewww… gross.” I didn’t expect fancy for the price but Hiltons are usually clean. Did i mention how disgusting the carpets in our room were? No housekeeper can fix that. But anyway, super gross.
