The only saving grace was the super friendly front desk staff. My first room had 3D yellow stains in the bathtub. I requested another room and the front desk staff gave me one but did not apologize, seemed a little annoyed, I apologized profusely instead and felt awkward. My second room had small red stains on the towels, dirt on one of the beds and hair in the sheets of that bed. The other bed was ok so I slept there but knew I had to go early. I ended up at the nearby Tru for the remainder of my trip. The room looks dated but I would’ve been A-ok with that if it were clean, the most basic requirement!

The Hotel was at a quiet place. Beautiful lobby. Courteous staff. The room was clean. No noise on hallway. Staff was responsive, even though understaffed. We needed pillows and comforters and we got it promptly. Water bottles were free and as was coffee.

The lobby and external appearance matches many Hilton Garden Inns. This one however, does not seem to have renovated the rooms in a long time. It was 1:30 a.m. when I checked in, so I can't comment on other aspects. My overall impression was that the room was dreary. The elevator also needed to be redone. The doors one faces were scratched and worn.
