Booked breakfasts for my journey at the website. I can’t drink milk. But no choice and a lot of milk in lunch boxes. No info about that at the website. No problem. I asked manager to contact me to discuss how can I get my money back. No calls, no reaction (asked twice). Receptionist was unfriendly and ignored my requests.
Additionally the room and furniture looked tired.

Tasha at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Went above and beyond to get me from the airport and get me into a room short notice. Rooms are out of date and need to be cleaned better. Super dusty and stained sheets. Safe for single traveler.

As an honors member and staying at other Hilton goner related hotels, this seems to lack the cleanliness and room quality than others I’ve stayed at. This is also understanding it is COVID terms and maybe the hotel is lacking staff. When you go by conference rooms and things look disheveled, maybe sums up the lack of staff.

My cousin came to Albany on her way to Alabama for an illness in the family. When I came to the hotel there was a disgusting stain in the sheets that looked like they weren't changed. The front desk gave me a hard time to get new sheets and didn't take the old ones out the room. Gross. The next day we asked for a late check out and the housekeepers knocked on the door at 9 am. Very rude. I called down and spoke to Beaux the General Manager who acted like he didn't know what was going on from the night before and then asked me questions about where I work at, which showed me he already knew the situation. I called him on that. Very sneaky management skills. He said that he would comp the night BUT NEVER DID. I will be filing a complaint with Hilton. What a disgrace of a General Manager. Hilton should be ashamed of the representation here. Stay somewhere else with clean sheets and polite staff.

A excellent service thank you so much Mary Haerring had fantastic service she had this southern charm of customer service that made a smile on our faces. The only downfall is no hot tub, no complementary breakfast it’s just a go to meals. This has a charming hotel for anyone who needs to get access to the airport or close connection to the highway heading home or further down the state.

I will never stay at that hotel again. I can’t believe that it’s a Hilton hotel. I didn’t stay the 3 nights I paid but left 1 day earlier bc it was unbearable. The blond young girl at the front desk was a complete jerk. It’s not mary at the front desk but another girl who should not be working in hospitality. She’s terrible with people. Beware anyone who goes there, you might not get any sleep.
