My cousin came to Albany on her way to Alabama for an illness in the family. When I came to the hotel there was a disgusting stain in the sheets that looked like they weren't changed. The front desk gave me a hard time to get new sheets and didn't take the old ones out the room. Gross. The next day we asked for a late check out and the housekeepers knocked on the door at 9 am. Very rude. I called down and spoke to Beaux the General Manager who acted like he didn't know what was going on from the night before and then asked me questions about where I work at, which showed me he already knew the situation. I called him on that. Very sneaky management skills. He said that he would comp the night BUT NEVER DID. I will be filing a complaint with Hilton. What a disgrace of a General Manager. Hilton should be ashamed of the representation here. Stay somewhere else with clean sheets and polite staff.
