A excellent service thank you so much Mary Haerring had fantastic service she had this southern charm of customer service that made a smile on our faces. The only downfall is no hot tub, no complementary breakfast it’s just a go to meals. This has a charming hotel for anyone who needs to get access to the airport or close connection to the highway heading home or further down the state.

I will never stay at that hotel again. I can’t believe that it’s a Hilton hotel. I didn’t stay the 3 nights I paid but left 1 day earlier bc it was unbearable. The blond young girl at the front desk was a complete jerk. It’s not mary at the front desk but another girl who should not be working in hospitality. She’s terrible with people. Beware anyone who goes there, you might not get any sleep.

Great staff, very helpful and nice. Hotel was clean and I was satisfied as to the safety and health arrangements for the pandemic. Nice outdoor seating area in front. Delivery options for food could be expanded: all there were was two pizza places (different names, identical menus!) and an Asian restaurant, if you had no car available. Excellent shuttle service. Very near the airport but nice and quiet.

The hotel common areas were not vacuumed in sometime. Common areas needed a deep cleaning. Only one elevator was working. We had connecting rooms and there was garbage and built up dirt in between the doors when we opened them.

A plane full of us were diverted to Albany for the night. The shuttle service was prompt in arriving at the airport and then again the next morning to take us back. I watched the front desk efficiently and quickly check in dozens of tired and hungry passengers. They gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste, too! Really grateful for a comfortable and problem-free surprise stay at this hotel.
