Flew in for grandchild’s emergency surgery. Had to find a place near hospital. This was close and very nice. It was a cold November. So gloomy. But found this place like a beacon in the night.
Loved the room. Everything is updated and modern and clean. The bathrooms are so nice! It’s very beautiful inside. Great parking too!
And OMG- the breakfast is the best and most generous I’ve ever had. Warm abundant eggs and huge variety. Just delicious! Don’t miss breakfast tone there!

I have experienced freezing units, lied to by staff constantly, asked for GM never came to unit. I was asked by a gay male employee from front office through a text if he could give me oral sex. And finally wrongly accused and charged for removing a faulty alarm system. Which is a criminal offense by the way. This matter is totally unethical and very offensive which will most definitely be addressed through my attorney. I would like to say thank you to Jaime , Housekeeping Supervisor and Mya from front office were the only two people who did there very best to go above and beyond.

Due to a prolonged family stay at Albany Med, the staff here was extremely accommodating, given the current restrictions. Amenities all closed, save for the commissary in the lobby. Location is what it is, cannot do anything about that. Megan and Mary were delightful to speak with and gracious at all times.
