Ended up in this restaurant not knowing much about it after another restaurant messed up our reservation. And I'm happy it did.
We were seated at the last open table on a busy Friday night. Many waiters plus attention from the maitre'd make for efficient service.
This is one of those Mediterranean restaurants that cover the table with little salad plates, served with hot out-of-the-oven pita bread. Some of the salads are of the pretty standard variety, some more unusual.
House specialties look worth another visit but this time we ordered three types of grilled meats. Everything was delicious.
Do yourself a favor and get knafe for dessert. It takes a little while to arrive as it is being made fresh. Made with good quality cheese and just the right amount of syrup, this is the lightest knafe I ever had.
